How does the registration work?
The registration is very simple, you have two options to register. You can register as a private customer or as a commercial customer, as a commercial customer you need a valid TAX (UID) number to register. As soon as the registration is complete, you will receive an email with an activation link that you have to confirm. If you have not received an activation link, please check that your correct e-mail address has been entered or check your spam folder as well, otherwise contact us.
What advantage does the bidding agent offer me?
The advantage is that you can bid with the bidding agent without your presence or when you have less time. You set your maximum bid, which only you can see and the bidding agent automatically bids for you step by step up to your maximum bid.
How is the price calculated and what are the payment options?
You place a net bid, which means on your bid will be added 15 % auction fee and the statutory 20 % VAT. For items with differential taxation, the auction fee is 22 %. Before placing your bid you will see the calculated gross final price including taxes and auction fees.
The auctioned items can be paid cash at the time of pickup, or you can transfer the full amount before the item is picked up. In the case of bank transfer, we can only hand over your auctioned items when the money has been received in our account.
Where and how can I view and pick up the items?
For each auction there is a fixed inspection day, so that you yourself can see the condition of the items of interest to you. We advise in principle and explicit to an inspection, before bidding, so that later misunderstandings are avoided. The location as well as the date for the inspection is noted with each item.
After you have successfully bid in an auction, you will receive an invoice, which should be paid before pickup or must be paid in cash when picking up on location. The pickup date as well as the pickup location will also be indicated for each item. The set pickup dates must be strictly complied with and you, as the buyer, are responsible for the correct disassembly and loading of the goods on site. Please bring the necessary tools, vehicle and if necessary an assistant to the pickup.
Is there a right to return the item?
Our auctions are public and transparent, if you place a bid or receive a surcharge you are legally bound. Once you have placed a bid or won a bid, a cancellation on your part is no longer possible. The articles are auctioned in the same condition as they are taken over by the client. We assume no liability for quality, property, completeness, open or hidden defects and damages of the items. Please attend the viewing appointment and assure yourself about the condition of the item you have chosen. Review of construction machines
Construction machines are tested intensively before the auction. The condition and any defects are documented in the text for the auction item.
In the test run, we start the construction machine, maneuver and drive, check hydraulic functions and pumps if necessary.
For trucks, we inspect tires, engine function, transmission, technically important functions, for a crane truck, whether the crane is worn out or not, etc.
